These packaging supplies are an optional purchase for anyone that is not in our Warm Weather Shipping Zone who wishes to add insulation and a cold pack.  The following states are always in our Warm Weather Shipping Zone:  AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, LA, MS, NV, NM, and TX and already have this packaging included in their handling fee. Beginning April 1, AR, CO, KS, KY, MO, NC, OK, SC,TN and UT are added to our Warm Weather Zone and then starting May1 until October 1 ALL STATES are warm weather and have the insulated packaging included.
