Shipping/Returns

We currently ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Quoted rates are for the 48 contiguous states.

The shipping costs as shown on the order do not necessarily represent the carrier's published rates and may include additional handling charges levied by Mrs. Gibble’s Candies.

SHIPPING SERVICES:

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)

USPS Express Mail (1-2 days).

 

ORDER PROCESSING

STANDARD (USPS Priority)

All orders placed after 1 pm EST will be processed the following business day and will ship out to arrive within 3 business days. Orders placed Thursday  - Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

EXPEDITATED (USPS Express)

All orders placed after 11 am EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that Express Delivery orders placed after 11 am on Thursday will not ship until the following Monday.

Anytime the temperature is above 72°F and you have ordered chocolates/mints, please add a Warm Weather Packaging Kit and choose USPS EXPRESS. See WARM WEATHER SHIPPING below.

 

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING:

When climate requires extra care, our chocolates need to be packed appropriately in climate controlled packaging. The temperature at the address of delivery, as well as the carrier stopping points, will dictate if controlled packaging is necessary.  When temperatures reach 72°F or higher, we only will ship using USPS EXPRESS and will only ship Monday through Thursday. PLEASE ADD THE PACKAGING KIT from our product pages and choose USPS EXPRESS shipping.

 

 Any time you are concerned about warm weather your may upgrade your shipment by purchasing the packaging kit from our product pages.  Remember to also choose USPS EXPRESS Shipping.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please note: A Shipping & Handling charge is added for each recipient address. Additional charges apply for shipping to multiple locations with a single order.  We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO & FPO locations.

We are not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the sender. The sender authorizes Mrs. Gibble’s Candies to charge their credit card without notice for an amount equal to such shipping fees.

 

RETURNS:

We at Mrs. Gibble's Candies want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with you order.  If for any reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact us by email or phone within 14 days from the order date.  If you are asked to return the order, you will be instructed by our staff on how to pack and send your order.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  Any refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

CLOSED:

Mrs. Gibble’s Candies is closed on Sundays, Mondays and on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  Orders will still be processed and shipped on Mondays.
